Today we bid goodbye to Morocco. My long wished dream of visiting Morocco accomplished. This has been made possible by a reasonably priced ground package offered by a local tour company. We had chosen the 8D/7N Imperial Cities Tour which starts and ends in Casablanca.
As mentioned in an earlier post, the ground package includes pick-up and send-off from/to Casablanca airport/hotel, all meals, air-conditioned transportation, 4 stars accommodations, entry fees and tour guide. As usual, you are expected to tip your tour guide and the bus driver. (Note: Jardin Majorelle was NOT in the itinerary. On our group request, our tour bus drove us there and we paid the entrance fees ourselves).
Before and after the end of the tour, we are being put up in a hotel in Casablanca. So we do get to rest before the start of our tour as well as after. Seldom would you get this arrangement from other tour companies. Your tour would either start the moment you arrive at the airport and end by being sent straight to the airport after the last itinerary.

Yep, our Etihad departure is on time.

We arrived in a slight drizzle a week ago and departing in heavy rain. Thank god though out our tour, there wasn’t any rain.
