In the evening we took the underground to Bayswater which is one stop away. We have read from our Malaysian travel forum that Bayswater is where one could get souvenirs cheaper. One shop mentioned in particular by forumers is the shop in-front of Halal restaurant. We found it, the one with a bright red signboard ‘Souvenirs – Luggage & Gift Accessories’. In honesty, we couldn’t say it cheaper here or otherwise as we bought very few souvenirs in London.

The cheerful owner of the store Mr Mohd Zakir, attended to sampaisudah.com even when we only purchased a few items.
For Muslims travelers, you can find a number of halal restaurants in Bayswater. Even fast food Subway has a halal sticker on the front door.
