Day 6 – Swindon, England

April 2015

Finished day 6 itinerary, we headed back to Southampton stopping for a while in Swindon to ‘look-see-look-see’ at McArthur Glen designer outlet. Common to other designer outlet elsewhere, you’ll find bargains for goods that are not the current style/fashion which you won’t find any more in the bigger stores.

From Swindon we travelled to Southampton where we put up for two nights in another Travelodge hotel. It’s located at Castle Way and has just been opened for three weeks earlier. Literally, it’s a brand new hotel and smells like one. It’s decorated and furnished similar to the one we stayed at Southwark, London. The generous room area is much appreciated as you won’t feel crammed like some other hotel. Limited parking lots available at the basement and public parking behind the hotel.

Only difference between Southwark is there’s no bath tub.
